A Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) funded by JPS for team members enrolled in a JPS Medical Plan for 2027, providing reimbursement for a wide range of physical, emotional, mental, financial, and caregiver wellness expenses. JPS contributes $500 annually for HD500 plan enrollees and $250 for HD250 and EPO plan enrollees.
A Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) helps you cover a variety of life's expenses. An LSA can help you save on common eligible expenses like gym memberships, fitness classes and nutrition counseling, as well as other expenses your employer feels are important for a healthy lifestyle.
If you are enrolled in a JPS Medical Plan for 2027, JPS will contribute funds into a Lifestyle Spending Account to pay for qualified expenses. When you enroll in the LSA, you will scan or upload your receipt(s) for reimbursement through the HSA Bank app. You can also submit claims online through your own personal account at hsabank.com.

- ✓Step 1: Your employer provides a predetermined amount in your LSA for specific health, wellness and other eligible expenses for reimbursement.
- ✓Step 2: Once your claim is approved based on eligibility and availability of funds, you'll get reimbursed.
- ✓Step 3: You can scan and upload your receipt(s) for reimbursement online or on the HSA Bank app to submit a claim.
- ✓Step 4: You can check your balance online or on the app 24/7.
The LSA funds you use will be included as taxable income on your federal W-2 form. Talk to your employer for details.
