Overview
Dependent verification documentation will be required for all newly added dependents enrolled in a health plan. Health elections containing newly added dependents will pend until documentation is received, reviewed, and approved by an administrator. Coverage records are NOT sent to the carriers if the record is pending verification.
Important: Once you submit documentation, your enrollment will remain on hold until our team verifies and approves your documents. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Helpful Tips
Use Clear, Legible Copies
Ensure all text on documents is readable. Blurry or dark copies may delay verification.
Include Current Documents
When documents must show a recent date (within 60 days), make sure that requirement is met. Outdated documents will be rejected.
Upload as You Go
Don’t wait—upload documents immediately after enrolling new dependents to avoid delays in coverage activation.
Mobile-Friendly Upload
You can upload documents directly from your phone using the same steps. Take a photo of your document and upload it as a JPEG or PNG.
Troubleshooting
Document Won’t Upload
Verify the file is in an acceptable format (PDF, JPEG, PNG, or GIF). Check file size—most systems have a 10MB limit per file.
Document Type Dropdown Not Showing
Ensure the file has fully uploaded before attempting to select a document type. Wait for the file name to appear in the upload box.
